Immerse yourself in the wonderful Chinese culture as we celebrate our internationally important Chinese collection.
Big Sunday! will host a day packed with fun and informative activities to discover the Chinese history, art and traditions. From watching the mesmerizing lion dance, trying your hand at Chinese calligraphy to hearing the rhythmic sounds of the Chinese flute and drums.
There’s also a special chance to get up close and personal with our ancient Chinese Bronzes, with a unique opportunity to handle one with Compton Verney’s China expert Morgan Jones.
Big Sunday! is part of our two week celebration, China Revealed.
All activities are included in the collections & park admission (see Prices tab for more info).
