Compton Verney exists thanks to the philanthropic spirit of our Founder, Sir Peter Moores, who wanted to share the inspirational and transformational power of art with others.

If you are passionate about Compton Verney and the work we do, leaving a gift in your will continues that spirit of generosity and ensures that future generations can share in art, nature, and creativity at Compton Verney as you have done.

However large or small, legacy gifts are vital in allowing us to continue reaching and inspiring people through art.  An act of generosity can go a long way, allowing us to bring art to life for thousands of visitors, inspire new art lovers, and enrich lives.

As well as supporting us, leaving a charitable legacy may be an effective way of reducing the tax liability of your estate.

You can also nominate Compton Verney to receive donations in lieu of flowers, if our gallery holds fond and special memories for a loved one.
