This wine vessel is supported on a rounded foot decorated with a rope-twist band, a design mirrored in the body of the vessel, where twisted rope separates oblong panels of dense geometric motif. Each of the large S-shaped handles is cast in the form of a scaly, bat-eared animal whose lower half merges with the form of a small feline with tiger-like stripes.
