Marx was well known for her striking fabric and wallpaper designs, which were often inspired by objects around her. Marx and Lambert owned two vases and a corn dolly of the cornucopia. Here the design is a black vertical pattern with alternating repeated columns of oval nut-like shapes, with flowerfilled cornucopia.
