Join Yoga teacher and Ayurveda practitioner, Sara Palmer, for Yoga.

Sara is an experienced Yoga teacher and in these classes she is going to guide you to dissolve long-held stresses and tensions, whilst drawing on all the positive forces of nature in the Compton Verney grounds for a total reset of body, heart and mind.

Classes begin with gentle flowing movements, and Sara will lead you to focus on breath and mindfulness so that you can uncover a natural state of ease and relaxation. This will revitalise your whole being for the day and week ahead.
