Explore Compton Verney’s more distant past and discover what we know about the people and landscape from prehistory and Roman Britain through to the early medieval world.
Led by Hilary Calow, community archaeologist and volunteer.

This tour takes place outside. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
It starts at 11am and takes approximately 45 minutes. Meet at the Welcome Centre.
It involves leaving hard paths and going into fields.
