Due to a burst water pipe near our main entrance, the road (B4086) is closed from the Fosse Way. There is a temporary diversion in place through Kineton whilst repairs are carried out. When coming from that direction, entrance to Compton Verney is before the road closure.

Admiral Lord Exmouth, Edward Pellew (1757-1833) joined the navy aged 13, rising to Vice-Admiral and Viscount by 1819. He was the captain of British warship the Indefatigable.
