The Gift Fair is taking place this weekend from Fri 5 – Sun 7 Dec.

To manage capacity, all visitors, including members and those who are not coming to the fair itself, are required to prebook
If you would like to visit The Gift Fair (visitors and members) tickets can be booked here, including gallery upgrades to see the exhibitions and grounds as well as the fair (members do not need to purchase upgrade)
If you are just wishing to visit the grounds and exhibitions please buy general admission tickets

Whilst the fair is on, our ground floor galleries, which includes our Naples, Northern European, Portraits and Miniatures, and The Women’s Library, as well as the Modern Masterpieces display, will be open for the fair only.
The Shelter of Stories, Commodities, Chinese and Folk Art collections, and the parkland are still available to visit.

We recommend car sharing where possible to help with the capacity of the car park.

Calling all Knights of Compton Verney Castle! Come to the rescue! Join the quest!

An evil, grumpy volcano is rumbling at Compton Verney and only you can help stop it!

Grab your quest and set off on a magical adventure through the house and grounds. Solve puzzles, uncover hidden clues and help brave Knight Sir Louis and clever wizard Pearlin on their mission to defeat the fiery baddie before it erupts.

Created exclusively for Compton Verney by the award winning Brothers McLeod.

£4.50 per quest.

The quest is an A6 (postcard) sized booklet comprising 22 pages. When you purchase a quest, you will also be given a pencil to use to fill it in.

The quest can be completed in any order and doesn’t need to be completed in 1 visit – buy one and complete it over the course of the summer, if you like.

Once completed, you can collect a sticker from the shop, designed by The Brothers McLeod.

Recommended for ages 5+

To complete the quest, you will need to read, write, draw, shout, spot, hunt and find across the grounds (covering the walk from the Welcome Centre to the house) and 3 floors of the house.

Accompanying grown ups must have a valid day ticket or membership.
