Arts Award and Artsmark

Arts Award and Artsmark

Artsmark

Artsmark enables organisations to celebrate, strengthen, advocate and evaluate their provision for arts and culture. Compton Verney is proud to support schools and education settings on their Artsmark journey, inspiring children and young people to create, experience, and participate in great arts and culture.

Having Artsmark status not only contributes to the cultural aspect of Ofsted’s requirements but demonstrates the value of arts and culture in your organisation, for your children and young people, and for your community. Get touch to see how we can support you.

Artsmark is Arts Council England’s nationally recognised flagship programme. For further information, please visit www.artsmark.org.uk

Arts Award

Arts Award is a national portfolio-based qualification for children and young people up to age 25 delivered across a variety of levels; Discover & Explore, Bronze, Silver and Gold.

At each level, children and young people develop arts, leadership and communication skills supported by a trained Arts Award adviser.

If you work with children or young people up to age 25 in any setting; schools, community centres, youth groups or arts organisations for example; Compton Verney can help you to deliver Arts Award.

Our learning team has advisors trained at every level and can deliver bespoke Arts Award programmes tailored to your group’s needs, as well as help you to locate our core offers into your own projects.
