Youth
Board
Our Youth Board provide a youth voice on the CVHC Board that can provide influence and can galvanise transformation. The initiative aims to support & nurture young talent who may not have a route into creative sector or experiences. It aims to deliver inclusive skills and leadership development opportunities as well as engage the board with younger audiences.
DAZO
DAZO is a multidisciplinary creative with a strong interest in African art and cultural heritage, particularly work emerging from Nigeria and across the African continent. Their creative practice spans music, performance, and visual culture, alongside a broader engagement with contemporary arts and creative industries.
Alongside their work as a recording artist and performer, DAZO has experience collaborating across the public and creative sectors. They are particularly interested in how art, storytelling, and cultural programming can connect communities and open new pathways for emerging creatives.
DAZO was recently selected for the Creative Network programme in collaboration with Chanel, a multi-week initiative designed to support emerging creative talent and encourage collaboration across the cultural sector. Through their role as a Youth Trustee, DAZO hopes to amplify youth perspectives and support more inclusive pathways into the arts for the next generation of creatives.

Sophie Bostock
Sophie is a Fine Art graduate from Oxford University and Art History postgraduate from the Courtauld Institute of Art specialising in Northern European art and manuscripts, with particular interest in Books of Hours and late medieval gendered devotional culture.
Alongside academic research, Sophie has experience working within galleries and museums. She has held visitor engagement roles at the Courtauld Institute of Art and Museums Worcestershire, where she connected audiences with exhibitions and collections through approachable interpretation and customer-facing work. She also gained commercial gallery experience at Philip Mould & Co, supporting exhibitions and conducting archival research.
Currently, Sophie works for the National Trust at Croome Court, where she contributes to the daily care of a historic site while ensuring an engaging visitor experience. Through shadowing the Collections and Settlement Board at Compton Verney, she hopes to deepen her understanding of how collections are managed, interpreted, and developed within a museum context, and how strategic decision-making supports the long-term stewardship and public impact of historic collections.
