Q: Hi Melissa! Can you tell us a bit more about Cotswold Fine Dining?
A: Cotswold Fine Dining is a natural extension of our hugely successful catering company, Oxford Fine Dining. The Cotswold Fine Dining creation was built by our established team of creators, with a dedication to deliver delicious food, with culinary innovation, impeccable service and beautifully designed experiences. Restaurant quality menus, stylish presentation and flawless service.
Q: If you could sum up Cotswold Fine Dining in one sentence, what would it be?
A: Cotswold Fine Dining’s success is not just measured by each event, but by how our clients feel about every moment.
Q: Can you let our couples know a bit more about how you work with them to bring their wedding breakfast to life?
A: Each couple are appointed a dedicated wedding planner which allows them to build a relationship deigned to be both supportive and bespoke. Your planner will pay close attention to every step of the journey, so your wedding day is beautiful, memorable and feels effortlessly like you. Our planners will host your complimentary menu and wine tasting which helps spark the excitement for the day!
Q: For those couples who don’t know quite what they’re looking for just yet, how can you help them create this vision?
A: During the initial consultation we listen carefully to fully understand the picture of our couples wedding day. Discussing the key moments that are truly important to them and help design the perfect wedding day. With over 2 decades of knowledge within the
weddings and events industry we help our couples create a timeline to guide the process in a way that works for you and your schedule, so they know exactly what to expect during the journey. Our menus are extensive, allowing the couple to envisage different styles for their wedding day, from formal dining, to a relaxed reception and stunning festival style dining through our Fine Feasts brand.
Q: Very excitingly, you’ve recently launched Fine Planning, your new bespoke wedding and events planning service. What can our couples expect when they book this service?
A: We are very excited to share our Fine Planning service with our Cotswold Fine Dining couples. Our team has been handpicked for their experience in planning support, event production and on the day management. Boasting over two decades of experience within the weddings and events industry we hope to make this unique service a valuable addition to our couples planning journey. We offer the following three planning services to suit each client’s needs… Our COMPLETE PLANNER experience has been designed for the couple who would like assistance throughout the entire planning and design process, as well as on the day management and production. From the initial consultation, we work collaboratively to navigate your unique vision, where we seamlessly blend support with meticulous wedding coordination.
Elevate your wedding experience with our SUPPORTIVE PLANNER, event design and styling services. Thoughtfully created for couples who have begun the planning journey, our supportive planner offers steps to seamlessly enhance your vision.
The DAY PLANNER service is perfect for the couples who require someone to blend the final details, making your vision come to life. By connecting with you 2 weeks before your wedding day, we offer comprehensive support at a point when you need it the most. Allowing your planner time to refine the design and ensure that every chosen supplier is aligned with the timeline and vision.
Q: What are some of the wedding trends you saw take off in 2025?
A: We always say to client “don’t follow trends, follow your heart”!!
HOWEVER….the biggest trend for 2025 has been draping! Draping layers of linen on dining tables, cake tables and back drops! Layering is everywhere at the moment.
A trend that never leaves us are signature cocktails! There are so many cute and quirky ways to make customise cocktails, such as personalised cocktail toppers or ribboned bows on the glass stems.
Q: And finally, what is one bit of advice you would give to our couples?
A: Enjoy the process. Wedding planning, should be fun and not stressful! Surround yourself with suppliers that share your excitement and don’t force you into arrangements that compromise your vision and budget.
