We are not currently hosting work experience.

We aim to deliver well-supported and meaningful experiences for young people at Compton Verney and have 3 other programmes we are currently delivering, and therefore are not taking on work experience enquiries at this point.  

Work experience placements aim to offer young people an insight into all departments within the Gallery to gain a broad and holistic understanding of the gallery’s staff, audiences and activities. Work experience students will spend most of their time in the Learning and Engagement department, assisting the Learning team and artist educators to facilitate workshops for school groups, families and events for the community. Dependent on the programme, students may have the opportunity to spend a little time with staff in other departments including Events, Marketing, Exhibitions, Front of House (retail, sales, membership & gallery invigilating) and Grounds.
