A closer connection to nature allows us to slow down and improves our mental wellbeing. Join Sharma Sara for monthly Yoga & Mindfulness in Nature sessions.
Classes will begin with a gentle yoga session by the lake, followed by a guided mindfulness session in our Ice House Coppice. Listening to the sounds of nature in our peaceful coppice you will be guided by Sara to help gain a deeper connection to the natural world, aligning your body and mind to the nature of the changing seasons. These sessions are inspired by our exhibition, John Nash: Landscape of Love and Solace starting on the Sat 23 Oct.
An alternative yoga and mindfulness experience will be provided inside Compton Verney Art Gallery if weather is unsuitable.

Runs the Last Wednesday of Every Month. Please arrive at the Welcome Centre for 9:45 to allow for a prompt start.
