Enjoy a feast for the senses as chef excites and surprises you with seven delicately balanced courses served in our beautiful galleries.
Last Friday of the month, from Friday 18 September 2020* Due to our Print Fair this date has been brought forward.
7pm & 8pm sittings
Pan-seared scallops, with cauliflower, pancetta, black pudding crumble & white truffle dressing
Trio of duck, foie gras ballotine, smoked duck, blood orange gel, confit duck rillettes & pomegranate salad
Pan-fried fillet of gurnard, baby gem, pea puree & parmesan hassleback potatoes
Roast fillet of beef, baby fondant potato, textures of shallots & pork jus
Black forest gateau
Coffee & Petit Fours
Seven course tasting menu – £110 per person
Seven course tasting menu paired with six Sommelier selected wines – £150 per person
Chef will cater for dietaries accordingly, every guest will be looked after individually. Vegetarian menu coming soon.
