Foraging for Wild Food

Starting the course with a short introductory walk around the grounds, identifying the different Spring shoots, plants, flowers and mushrooms that we find.

Break along the way for some homemade refreshments, such as hogweed and wild garlic soup. Finish with a tasty wild food lunch based on what we have found.

Meet at the Welcome Centre.

Recommended: Comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and footwear, camera/ipad, note pad/pen & a drink.
