Making a donation

Compton Verney is a charity (No. 1032478) where art meets nature for the benefit of all.

Your donations make a real difference to sustaining our future, whether as regular or one-off gifts, or a larger sum, by cash, cheque or direct debit. If you are able to Gift Aid your donation it means that as a charity we can claim an extra 25% at no extra cost to you.  Here are some examples of the difference a donation can make:

  • £10 helps towards planting in our grounds
  • £20 helps subsidise an Annual Pass for one of our youth projects
  • £25 buys a maintenance-free bird box
  • £150 buys a young tree for our meadow
  • £250 buys a three-year supply of printing screens for school children
  • £300 can sponsor the sketching trolley in the galleries
  • £1,000 sponsors a bench in the grounds
  • £5,000 pays for a year of Forest School for children of all ages
  • £10,000 sponsors the volunteer programme for one year
  • £18,000 underwrites the schools programme that reaches 6,000 children a year
  • £100,000 can sponsor an exhibition

To make a donation larger than £1,000, then the best way is via a BACS transfer and we’d be happy to provide the details for this.
