Drop in Workshop

A free play-based sculpture activity for all ages. You’ll be set the challenge of creating you own 3D art work, using loose parts, materials and fascinating objects from everyday life. We encourage experimenting and out of the box thinking.

How big will you make it? How will it stand up?

This workshop has been inspired by exhibiting artist David Batchelor, who uses found objects to create his sculptures, installations and mixed media works. Take a visit to the exhibition to discover the Batchelor’s treasure-trove of works.
