For one night only see our exhibitions Shakespeare in Art and Boydell’s Vision in the evening. Experts from The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust will be on hand to introduce you to the plays featured in the exhibitions.

Try our new labyrinth in the Park and make your own finger labyrinth to take home.

Shakespeare and the Emotions Talk

5.30pm – 6pm

Come and find out what people thought about emotion in Shakespeare’s times, and explore how his plays contributed to – as well as challenged – such beliefs. With Dr. Erin Sullivan, Lecturer and Fellow at the Shakespeare Institute, University
of Birmingham.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream screening

6pm – 8pm

Watch a screening of the 1968 film A Midsummer Night’s Dream, directed by Peter Hall and starring Helen Mirren, David Warner, Diana Rigg and
Judi Dench which was filmed entirely at Compton Verney.
