MUSEUM OF THE MOON POSTPONEMENT

MUSEUM OF THE MOON POSTPONEMENT

We’re sorry to announce that the Museum of the Moon is now unable to go ahead due to very high predicted winds over the course of the next few days. Unfortunately, this was a possibility, as stated on our website. As always, our priority is the safety of our visitors, staff, volunteers and of course the artwork.

However, we’re still open and have a seasonal festival planned as an alternative, with activities, opportunities to meet friends and family in the great outdoors and enjoy a fun evening. Glowing Pumpkins, glittering lantern and light trails, secret UV messages, food and our wonderful Forest School plus much more, are all taking place at the event. Whatever the weather all of these activities will go ahead as part of our autumn programme, and seasonal celebrations.  We’ve got it all covered, so why not tuck into delicious freshly fired pizza from the handmade Pizza Company or warm up with a mulled wine or speciality sweet hot chocolate courtesy of the The Garden Shed Café. So, just come and enjoy an evening out with friends or family, in our safe environment and enjoy the freedom of the natural environment.

The Museum of the Moon will be postponed until 2021. Any ticket purchasers will receive priority booking when the new dates are released. Further details will be announced in due course.

As an independent charity your support allows us to continue to provide amazing art for everyone and inspire a young generation. If you are unable to join us, we would be delighted if you wish to donate your ticket price to us. If you would like a refund please email us on info@comptonverney.org.uk
